On May 07, 2010 , Asset Value Investors Limited, London, UK has informed
us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its
Voting Rights on ESTAVIS AG, Berlin, Deutschland, ISIN: DE000A0KFKB3, WKN:
A0KFKB, have fallen below the 10% limit of the Voting Rights on April 26,
2010 and on that day amounted to 9.50% (this corresponds to 906634 Voting
Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 of the WpHG, 9.50% of
the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 906634 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to the company .
