FORTEC Elektronik AG now existing for more than 25 years and continuously
working without any losses, again achieved profit during the first 9 months
of BY 2009/10.

Turnover of 25.4 million EUR at an EBIT of 0.5 million EUR indeed was below
previous year's figures of 33.3 million EUR of turnover and 2 million EUR
of EBIT. However, turnover in 3rd quarter (January to March 2010) of 9.9
million EUR (prev.year 11.6 million EUR) and EBIT of 0.4 million EUR
(prev.year 0.8 million EUR) confirmed the reversal of the economic trend
during this cycle.

The worst market brake after the war should thus be over. The improved
devices combined with the increasing customers' projects indicate a
recovery in the market.

The company capital is 80 % of the balance sum, no bank obligations and a
cash-on-hand of 6 million EUR will provide definite competitive advantage
again in 2010.
