On May 14, 2010 , The European Asset Value Fund, Luxemburg, Luxemburg has
informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares
its Voting Rights on ESTAVIS AG, Berlin, Deutschland, ISIN: DE000A0KFKB3,
WKN: A0KFKB, have fallen below the 5% and 3% limit of the Voting Rights on
May 12, 2010 and on that day amounted to 1.77% (this corresponds to 168584
Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 2 of the WpHG, 1.77% of
the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 168584 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to the company .
