1. Falcivest, SCS, Strassen, Luxembourg, has informed us on May 25, 2010,
   in accordance with section 21 (1) (1) WpHG (German Securities Trading Act)
   that its share in the voting rights of SÜSS MicroTec AG, Garching, Germany,
   fell below the 3% threshold on Mai 20, 2010 and now amounts to 2.78%
   (Amount of Shares: 520,267).

2. Stichting Vest (former Terramater Stichting), have informed us on May
   25, 2010, in accordance with section 21 (1) (1) WpHG (German Securities
   Trading Act) that its share in the voting rights of SÜSS MicroTec AG,
   Garching, Germany, fell below the 10% threshold on Mai 20, 2010 and now
   amounts to 9.44% (Amount of Shares: 1,766,348). 9.44% of the voting rights
   (1,766,348 voting rights) are attributed to Stichting Vest in accordance
   with section 22 (1) (1) (1) of the WpHG.
   The voting rights attributed to Stichting Vest were held via the following
   companies controlled by Stichting Vest, whose share of the voting rights in
   SÜSS MicroTec AG amounts to 3% or more in each case:
   * Süssvest SCS (former Süss SCS), Strassen, Luxembourg

3. Crest Capital S.A., Strassen Luxembourg, have informed us on May 25,
   2010, in accordance with section 21 (1) (1) WpHG (German Securities Trading
   Act) that its share in the voting rights of SÜSS MicroTec AG, Garching,
   Germany, fell below the 10% threshold on Mai 20, 2010 and now amounts to
   9.44 % (Amount of Shares: 1,766,348). 9.44% of the voting rights (1,766,348
   voting rights) are attributed to Crest Capital S.A. in accordance with
   section 22 (1) (1) (1) of the WpHG.
   The voting rights attributed to Crest Capital S.A. were held via the
   following companies controlled by Crest Capital S.A., whose share of the
   voting rights in SÜSS MicroTec AG amounts to 3% or more in each case:
   * Süssvest SCS (former Süss SCS), Strassen, Luxembourg
