of 3% of the voting rights in Deutsche Boerse AG, Neue Boersenstrasse 1,
60487 Frankfurt am Main, Germany. On that date, FMR LLC held 1.87% of the
voting rights in Deutsche Boerse AG, arising from 3,646,685 voting rights.
