On May 24, 2010 , Asset Value Investors Limited, London, United Kingdom has
informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares
its Voting Rights on ESTAVIS AG, Berlin, Deutschland, ISIN: DE000A0KFKB3,
WKN: A0KFKB, have fallen below the 5% limit of the Voting Rights on May 20,
2010 and on that day amounted to 3.33% (this corresponds to 317950 Voting
Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 of the WpHG, 3.33% of
the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 317950 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to the company .
