Zwack Unicum Plc. (the 'Company') hereby publishes in accordance with
Section 312/A of the Companies Act all the currently valid remuneration
fee paid by cash and non-cash items to the members of the Board of
Directors and the Supervisory Board of the Company in 2008-2009 financial
year (1 April 2008 - 31 March 2009). The remuneration to be paid to the
members of the Board of Directors and the Supervisory Board of the
Company with respect to the 2009-2010 financial year will be defined by
the June 29, 2010 Annual General Meeting of the Company.
