FIL Holdings Limited, Hildenborough, Kent, UK submitted to us - Deutsche
Boerse AG, Neue Boersenstrasse 1, 60487 Frankfurt am Main, Germany - on 01
June 2010, the following retrospective voting rights notifications pursuant
to article 21 section 1 WpHG:

(i) On 16 April 2009 FIL Holdings Limited crossed above the threshold of 3%
of the voting rights in Deutsche Boerse AG, Neue Boersenstrasse 1, 60587
Frankfurt Am Main, Germany. On that date, FIL Holdings Limited held 3.01%
of the voting rights in Deutsche Boerse AG arising from 5,861,496 voting
rights.

All voting rights in Deutsche Boerse AG were attributed to FIL Holdings
Limited pursuant to sec. 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 6 WpHG in connection with
sent. 2 WpHG.

(ii) On 29 April 2009 FIL Holdings Limited fell below the threshold of 3%
of the voting rights in Deutsche Boerse AG, Neue Boersenstrasse 1, 60587
Frankfurt Am Main, Germany. On that date, FIL Holdings Limited held 2.97%
of the voting rights in Deutsche Boerse AG arising from 5,800,921 voting
rights.

All voting rights in Deutsche Boerse AG were attributed to FIL Holdings
Limited pursuant to sec. 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 6 WpHG in connection with
sent. 2 WpHG.

(iii) On 18 May 2009 FIL Holdings Limited crossed above the threshold of 3%
of the voting rights in Deutsche Boerse AG, Neue Boersenstrasse 1, 60587
Frankfurt Am Main, Germany. On that date, FIL Holdings Limited held 3.03%
of the voting rights in Deutsche Boerse AG arising from 5,908,217 voting
rights.

All voting rights in Deutsche Boerse AG were attributed to FIL Holdings
Limited pursuant to sec. 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 6 WpHG in connection with
sent. 2 WpHG.
