Notification of voting rights pursuant to § 21 clause 1 WpHG

In accordance with Section 21 para 1 WpHG we have been informed by the IAT
REINSURANCE COMPANY, Domicile and State: Victoria Hall, 11 Victoria Street,
Hamilton, Bermuda HM11, that on 04. June 2010 the number of the voting
rights held by IAT REINSURANCE COMPANY in KHD Humboldt Wedag International
AG, Colonia-Allee 3, 51067 Cologne, Germany, amounts to more than 5 % and
is now 5.69755 % (equal to 1,888,312 voting rights).

Thereof 3.84124 % (equal to 1,273,088 voting rights) are direct voting
rights and 1.856302 % (equal to 615,226 voting rights) indirect voting
rights attributed to them.
