   voting rights of BlackRock, Inc., New York, USA in Allianz SE, Munich,
   Germany exceeded the threshold of 5% on 28.05.2010 and amounts to 5.50%
   (24,978,461 voting shares) on that day.

All of the voting rights are attributable to BlackRock, Inc. pursuant to
