Mit Schreiben vom 4. Juni 2010 wurde uns folgendes mitgeteilt:

1. Gryphon International Investment Corporation, Toronto/Ontario, Canada,
   gives notice pursuant to sec. 21 para. 1 WpHG that on 2 June 2010 the
   voting rights in MTU Aero Engines Holding AG exceeded the threshold of 3 %
   and amount to 3,02 % (1,570,610 voting rights) as per this date.

These voting rights are attributable to Gryphon International Investment
Corporation pursuant to sec. 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 6 (2,97 %, 1,544,404
voting rights) and pursuant to sec. 22 para. 2 WpHG (0,05 %, 26,206 voting
rights).

1. Gryphon Investment Counsel Inc, Toronto/Montreal, Canada, gives notice
   pursuant to sec. 21 para. 1 WpHG that on 2 June 2010 the voting rights in
   MTU Aero Engines Holding AG exceeded the threshold of 3 % and amount to
   3,02 % (1,570,610 voting rights) as per this date.

These voting rights are attributable to Gryphon Investment Counsel Inc
pursuant to sec. 22 para. 2 (2,97 %, 1,544,404 voting rights) and pursuant
to sec. 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 6 WpHG (0,05 %, 26,206 voting rights).
