Notification of voting rights pursuant to § 26 clause 1 WpHG

• Correction of the notification issued on June 2nd 2010 -

On June 07, 2010 , IAT Reinsurance Company Ltd., Hamilton, Bermuda has
informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares
its Voting Rights on KHD Humboldt Wedag International AG, Köln,
Deutschland, ISIN: DE0006578008, WKN: 657800, have exceeded the 3% limit of
the Voting Rights on April 06, 2010 and on that day amounted to 4.68% (this
corresponds to 1551627 Voting Rights).

Thereof 3.84 % (equal to 1273088 voting rights) are direct voting rights
and 0.84 % (equal to 278539 voting rights) indirect voting rights
attributed to them.
