mutares AG, Munich, sold its portfolio company SHH GmbH SystemHaus
Hemminger to the Japanese investor ABC Shokai. SHH, based in Esslingen/
Neckar (Germany) is a leading provider of geographical information systems
for utility suppliers and big industrial enterprises. In its offices in
Esslingen, Bochum, Berlin and Leipzig SHH occupies 50 employees.
Being a strategic investor ABC Shokai has a broad international contact
network to many utility companies, the most important customers of SHH.
mutares AG, Munich (www.mutares.de), acquires midsized companies, that are
being sold in the course of a repositioning process at their owners and
that show a clear operational improvement potential. Getting engaged with
its own teams, mutares actively supports its portfolio companies to achieve
