following voting rights notification pursuant to article 21 section 1 WpHG:

On 4 June 2010 FIL Limited crossed above the threshold of 3% of the voting
rights in Deutsche Boerse AG, Neue Boersenstrasse 1, 60487 Frankfurt am
Main, Germany. On that date, FIL Limited held 3.11% of the voting rights in
Deutsche Boerse AG, arising from 6,058,880 voting rights.

All voting rights in Deutsche Boerse AG were attributed to FIL Limited
