informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares
its Voting Rights on KHD Humboldt Wedag International AG, Köln,
Deutschland, ISIN: DE0006578008, WKN: 657800, have exceeded the 3% limit of
the Voting Rights on April 06, 2010 and on that day amounted to 4.68%
