On June 16, 2010 , Mr Peter Kellogg, United States of America has informed
us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares his
Voting Rights on KHD Humboldt Wedag International AG, Köln, Deutschland,
ISIN: DE0006578008, WKN: 657800, have exceeded the 3% and 5% limit of the
Voting Rights on April 06, 2010 and on that day amounted to 5.70% (this
corresponds to 1888314 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, 5.70% of
the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 1888314 Voting Rights) are to be
