Aktiengesellschaft, Bochum, Germany, exceeded the threshold of 3 %. On that
date, Allianz Global Investors Kapitalanlagegesellschaft mbH held 3.59 %
(6,596,635 voting rights) of the voting rights in GEA Group
Aktiengesellschaft.

1,21 % of these voting rights (which is 2,220,681 voting rights) were
