On 10 June 2010 the voting rights held by FMR LLC crossed above the
threshold of 3% of the voting rights in Deutsche Boerse AG, Neue
Boersenstrasse 1, 60487 Frankfurt am Main, Germany. On that date, FMR LLC
held 3.02% of the voting rights in Deutsche Boerse AG, arising from
5,885,133 voting rights.
