following voting rights notification pursuant to section 21 (1) WpHG:

On 18 June 2010 FIL Limited fell below the threshold of 3% of the voting
rights in Deutsche Boerse AG, Neue Boersenstrasse 1, 60487 Frankfurt am
Main, Germany. On that date, FIL Limited held 2.95% of the voting rights in
Deutsche Boerse AG, arising from 5,762,011 voting rights.

All voting rights in Deutsche Boerse AG were attributed to FIL Limited
