Kempen European Participation N.V., Amsterdam, The Netherlands gives us
notice pursuant to section 21 para 1 of the WpHG, that on June 29, 2010
it's voting rights in technotrans AG, Sassenberg, Germany, fell below the
threshold of 3%. At that time the proportion of voting rights amounted to
2.90% equalling a number of 200,460 voting rights.

Kempen Capital Management N.V., Amsterdam, The Netherlands gives us notice
pursuant to section 21 para 1 of the WpHG, that on June 29, 2010 it's
voting rights in technotrans AG, Sassenberg, Germany, fell below the
threshold of 3%. At that time the proportion of voting rights amounted to
2.90% equalling a number of 200,460 voting rights.

2.90% of the voting rights (200,460 shares) are attributed to Kempen
Capital Management N.V. (Amsterdam, The Netherlands) in accordance with
sec. 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 6 of the WpHG from Kempen European
Participations N.V.
