On June 16, 2010 , Mr Peter Kellogg, USA has informed us according to
Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares his Voting Rights on KHD
Humboldt Wedag International AG, Köln, Deutschland, ISIN: DE0006578008,
WKN: 657800, have exceeded the 3% and 5% limit of the Voting Rights on
April 06, 2010 and on that day amounted to 5.70% (this corresponds to
1888314 Voting Rights).

Of these voting rights, 5.70% are to be attributed to Mr. Peter Kellogg
