Bremen, July 23, 2010 - MeVis Medical Solutions AG [ISIN: DE000A0LBFE4], a
specialist in disease-oriented software solutions for image-based medicine,
announces the appointment of a new chief financial officer.
Christian H. Seefeldt, who has been appointed as CFO of the MeVis Medical
Solutions AG effective January 1, 2009, will resign his position and leave
the company at his own wish for personal reasons on September 30, 2010.
The Supervisory Board has appointed Dr. Robert Hannemann as a new member of
the Company's Executive Board with effect from October 1, 2010. Dr.
Hannemann has many years of experience in commercial positions on executive
level in different industries and was acting as a CFO during the past eight
years.
Mr. Seefeldt will be available to advise the MeVis Medical Solutions AG as
an external consultant until the end of the year, thus ensuring a smooth
transition to the new chief financial officer. The Supervisory Board would
like to take the opportunity to thank Mr. Seefeldt for his work and wishes
him all the best for the future.
