Q2 2010: ProSiebenSat.1 increases recurring EBITDA by 31.1 percent to EUR
263.8 million, Group revenues up by 9.6 percent

Munich, July 26, 2010. The ProSiebenSat.1 Group continued its earnings
growth in Q2 2010. Recurring EBITDA increased by 31.1 percent to EUR 263.8
million (Q2 2009: EUR 201.2 million). Thus the ProSiebenSat.1 Group once
again exceeded market expectations. Net income for the period (after
non-controlling interests) was at EUR 74.5 million. This corresponds to a
growth of 63.7 percent (Q2 2009: EUR 45.5 million).

Increased revenues in all segments combined with almost flat recurring
costs in the second quarter led to this substantial earnings growth.
External revenues in the Free TV German-speaking segment rose by 8.3
percent to EUR 459.7 million in Q2 2010 (Q2 2009: EUR 424.6 million). The
revenue contribution of the Free TV International segment grew by 10.7
percent to EUR 204.8 million (Q2 2009: EUR 185.0 million). In the
Diversification segment the Group also achieved a significant revenue
growth of 14.0 percent to EUR 96.1 million (Q2 2009: EUR 84.3 million).

The Group's total revenues were up by 9.6 percent to EUR 760.6 million (Q2
2009: EUR 693.9 million). Recurring costs (total costs less non-recurring
expenses, depreciation and amortization) were EUR 498.1 million (Q2 2009:
EUR 495.7 million).

Net financial debt was at EUR 3.275 billion at the end of the quarter and
was down by EUR 152.2 million from the comparable figure of last year (June
30, 2009: EUR 3.427 billion).

The ProSiebenSat.1 Group will release its full half year financial report
on August 5, 2010.
