Rödermark, August 2, 2010: CeoTronics AG Audio Video Data Communication
(ISIN: DE0005407407) has today announced that Hans-Dieter Günther, who has
been a member of the Company's Supervisory Board since 2003, will resign as
a member of the Supervisory Board and as Chairman of the Supervisory Board
effective August 31, 2010.
Hans-Dieter Günther is leaving the Supervisory Board for health reasons.
As an alternate member, Matthias Löw, Rodgau, will take over Hans-Dieter
Günther's position as a member of the Supervisory Board for the duration of
Mr. Günther's remaining term of office.
The current Deputy Chairman of the Supervisory Board, Horst Schöppner, will
temporarily act as Chairman of the Supervisory Board until a new
Supervisory Board and a new Supervisory Board Chairman are elected.
The Board of Management and the Supervisory Board regret Hans-Dieter
Günther's resignation and would like to thank him for their good working
relationship and for his services.
