On August 2, 2010, AXA S.A., Paris, France has informed us according to
article 21, section 1 WpHG that its voting rights in Allianz SE, München,
Germany have fallen below the 3% threshold on July 30, 2010 and amount to
2.963% (13,449,857 voting rights). 2.959% (13,431,192 voting rights) are
attributed to AXA S.A. pursuant to article 22 section 1 sentence 1 No. 6 in
conjunction with sentence 2 WpHG and 0.0041% (18,665 voting rights) are
attributed pursuant to article 22 section 1 sentence 1 No. 1.
