On August 12, 2010, The Merlin Biosciences Fund L.P., St. Helier, Jersey
Channel Islands, has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the
WpHG that via shares its Voting Rights on WILEX AG, Munich, Germany, ISIN:
DE0006614720, have fallen below the 5% limit of the Voting Rights on August
05, 2010 and on that day amounted to 4.37% (this corresponds to 804,975
Voting Rights).

On August 12, 2010, Merlin General Partner II Limited, St. Helier, Jersey,
Channel Islands, has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the
WpHG that via shares its Voting Rights on WILEX AG, Munich, Germany, ISIN:
DE0006614720, have fallen below the 5% limit of the Voting Rights on August
05, 2010 and on that day amounted to 4.63% (this corresponds to 853,355
Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, 4.63% of
the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 853,355 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to the company.
