negotiating with various prospective buyers regarding the sale of Gigaset.
The negotiations with one prospective buyer are already in a very advanced
stage. Siemens is prepared to constructively go along with this process if
a long-term economic safeguard and a strategic direction can thereby be
ensured for Gigaset. Subject to these conditions, ARQUES and Siemens are
conducting constructive discussions regarding the settlement of the pending
arbitration and other disputes between the parties.
