On 15th September 2010 Amadeus FiRe received the following voting
right announcements:

U.S.A has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG
that via shares its voting rights on Amadeus FiRe AG, Frankfurt,
Germany, ISIN: DE0005093108, WKN: 509310, have fallen below the 3%
limit of the voting rights on September 06, 2010 and on that day
amounted to 2.97% (this corresponds to 154356 voting rights).
All of the voting rights are attributed to BlackRock Holdco 2, Inc.
pursuant to Section 22 paragraph 1 sentence 1 No. 6 in connection with
Section 22 paragraph 1 sentence 2 of the WpHG.

USA

On September 15, 2010, BlackRock Financial Management, Inc., New York,
U.S.A has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG
that via shares its voting rights on Amadeus FiRe AG, Frankfurt,
Germany, ISIN: DE0005093108, WKN: 509310, have fallen below the 3%
limit of the voting rights on September 06, 2010 and on that day
amounted to 2.97% (this corresponds to 154356 voting rights).
All of the voting rights are attributed to BlackRock Financial
Management, Inc. pursuant to Section 22 paragraph 1 sentence 1 No. 6
in connection with Section 22 paragraph 1 sentence 2 of the WpHG.
