Withdrawal of Notification Concerning Voting Rights

Capital Research and Management Company, Los Angeles, USA, notified us on
September 28, 2010, that its notification to us pursuant to section 21 (1)
WpHG on September 13, 2010 (which was published on September 14, 2010), to
the effect that its percentage of voting rights in SAP AG fell below the 3%
threshold on September 8, 2010, and amounted to 2.95% (36,198,795 voting
rights) on that date was incorrect, that the voting rights of Capital
Research and Management Company did not in fact fall below the 3%
threshold, and that its percentage of voting rights in SAP AG remains
greater than 3%.

We therefore withdraw our release of the notification concerning voting
rights dated September 13, 2010.
