InVision Software AG expands Executive Board

Ratingen (Germany), October 7th, 2010 - InVision Software AG (ISIN:

Workforce Management solutions, has appointed Mauro Marengo (38) a member
of the executive board. Mauro Marengo has been Global Head of Professional
Services at InVision since 2006. He will assume responsibility for
InVision's international services business within the management board.

Mauro Marengo has many years of experience in consulting firms and is a
long-standing industry expert in Telecommunications, Retail and Consumer
Goods. Before InVision he held management positions at Atos Origin, A.T.
Kearney and EDS.

With the appointment of Mauro Marengo to its executive board, InVision
underlines the importance of its services business as a strategic part of
