On October 18, 2010 Capital Research and Management Company, Los Angeles,
USA, notified us pursuant to section 21 (1) WpHG that its percentage of
voting rights in SAP AG fell below the threshold of 3% on October 13, 2010
and amounts to 2.99% (36,654,795 voting rights) as per this date.
All of these voting rights are to be attributed to Capital Research and
Management Company pursuant to section 22 (1) sentence 1 No. 6 WpHG.
