supervisory board of MAGNAT Real Estate AG, Frankfurt am Main, Germany
(ISIN: DE000A0XFSF0, WKN: A0XFSF) has revoked the appointment of Mr. Jan
Oliver Rüster as member of the management board with immediate effect. For
the time being, Mr. Jürgen Faè will be in charge of managing the MAGNAT
