In FY 2009/10 (01.07.2009 - 30.06.2010), FORTEC Elektronik AG had to deal
with slight losses in turnover and result. Thus, based on recession,
the turnover decreased to 36 million (prev.year 42 million EUR) and the
consolidated total result to 1.3 million EUR (prev.year 1.5 million EUR).

Cash-flow from operative business of 2.8 million EUR (prev.year 2.1 million
EUR ) considerably underlines the strength of the company. Cash-on-hand
increased to 6 million EUR as per 30.06.2010 compared to 5 million EUR of
previous year; consolidated capital equity is 80%. Net profit before
interest and tax totalled to 0.9 million EUR (prev.year 2.1 million EUR).
Annual net income added up to 0.7 million EUR compared to 1.6 million EUR
of previous year.

During both quarters of FY 2009/10, business as concerns turnover and
result approached figures of previous years. Furthermore, in past quarter
of FY 2010/11 (01.07.-30.09.2010), there was a considerable recovery in
business. Therefore, we again expect a further improvement of business
results for first half year of FY 2010/11.
