the 3%, 5%, 10%, 15%, 20%, 25%, and 30 % limit of the Voting Rights on
October 25th 2010 and amounted on that day to 30.73% (this corresponds to

3%, 5%, 10%, 15%, 20%, 25%, and 30 % limit of the Voting Rights on October
25th 2010 and amounted on that day to 30.73% (this corresponds to 12190443

The acquisition of 12190433 Voting Rights occurred within a capital
increase of Arques Industries AG. VEM Aktienbank AG supported the capital
increase of Arques Industries AG. All Voting Rights held by VEM Aktienbank
AG will be transferred in due course completely and permanently to the
share holders of Arques Industries AG which executed their subscription
rights.
