On 1 November 2010, the voting interest held by AMUNDI S. A., Paris,
France, in GEA Group Aktiengesellschaft, Bochum, Germany, fell below the
threshold of 5 %. On that date, AMUNDI S. A. held 4.96 % (9,115,959 voting
rights) of the voting rights in GEA Group Aktiengesellschaft.

AMUNDI S. A. directly held 1.14 % of the voting rights (2,107,825 voting
rights) and 3.81 % of the voting rights (7,008,134 voting rights) were
