1. Süssvest SCS, Strassen, Luxembourg, has notified us on November 10,
   2010, pursuant to section 21 (1) WpHG (German Securities Trading Act) that
   its percentage of voting rights of SÜSS MicroTec AG, Garching, Germany,
   fell below the threshold of 5% on November 9, 2010 and amounts to 4.49%
   (840,056 voting rights) as per this date.

2. Stichting Vest, Amsterdam, Netherlands, has notified us on November 10,
   2010, pursuant to section 21 (1) WpHG (German Securities Trading Act) that
   its percentage of voting rights of SÜSS MicroTec AG, Garching, Germany,
   fell below the threshold of 5% on November 9, 2010 and amounts to 4.49%
   (840,056 voting rights) as per this date.
   Of these voting rights, 4.49% (840,056 voting rights) are to be attributed
   to Stichting Vest pursuant to section 22 (1) (1) of the WpHG.
   Attributed voting rights are held via the following companies that are
   controlled by Stichting Vest and whose holdings of voting rights amount to
   3% or more in SÜSS MicroTec AG:

   2010, pursuant to section 21 (1) WpHG (German Securities Trading Act) that
   its percentage of voting rights of SÜSS MicroTec AG, Garching, Germany,
   fell below the threshold of 5% on November 9, 2010 and amounts to 4.49%
   (840,056 voting rights) as per this date.
   Of these voting rights, 4.49% (840,056 voting rights) are to be attributed
   to Crest Capital S.A. pursuant to section 22 (1) (1) of the WpHG.
   Attributed voting rights are held via the following companies that are
   controlled by Crest Capital S.A. and whose holdings of voting rights amount
   to 3% or more in SÜSS MicroTec AG:
