Rights on SMA Solar Technology AG, Niestetal, Deutschland, ISIN:
DE000A0DJ6J9, WKN: A0DJ6J , have exceeded the 3% threshold of the Voting
Rights on November 15, 2010 and on that day amounted to 3.03% (this
