On November 24, 2010 Prof. Dr. h.c. mult. Hasso Plattner, Germany, notified
us pursuant to section 21 (1) WpHG that his percentage of voting rights in
SAP AG fell below the threshold of 10% on November 18, 2010 and amounts to
9.992% (122,567,589 voting rights) as per this date.

Of these voting rights 9.990% (122,543,489 voting rights) are to be
attributed to Prof. Plattner pursuant to section 22 (1) sentence 1 No. 1
WpHG.

Attributed voting rights are held via Hasso Plattner GmbH & Co.
Beteiligungs-KG that is controlled by Prof. Plattner and whose holdings of
voting rights amounts to 3% or more in SAP AG.
