Uns wurde am 8. Dezember 2010 folgendes mitgeteilt:

Threadneedle Asset Management Holdings SARL, Luxembourg, Luxembourg, gives
notice pursuant to sec. 21 para. 1 WpHG that on December 1, 2010 the voting
rights in MTU Aero Engines Holding AG felt below the threshold of 3 % and
amount to 2.99 % (1,556,417 voting rights) as per this date.

2.99 % (1,556,417 voting rights) are attributable to Threadneedle Asset
Management Holdings SARL pursuant to sec. 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 6 in
connection with sent. 2 WpHG. 0,10 % (50,423 voting rights) of these voting
rights are also attributable according to sec. 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 1
WpHG.
