ARQUES: New name for ARQUES Industries AG

Munich, 15.12.2010: After ARQUES acquired all shares in Gigaset, it is to have a new company name: Gigaset AG. As a shareholder of the company, supervisory board chairman, Dr. Peter Löw, filed the relevant motion in agreement with the company's boards for the coming general meeting to rename the company Gigaset AG. The executive board supports this proposal. Thereby the intended change to the business model would also be expressed in the company's name.
