us on December 17, 2010 as follows:

1) We, Farringdon Fund I (FFI) hereby give notice, pursuant to sec. 21
para. 1 of the WpHG, that on December 9, 2010 our voting interest in XING
AG has fallen below the threshold of 3% and amounts to 2.53% [133,668
voting rights] on this day.

2) Farringdon Capital Management Switzerland SA (FCMS), Geneva, Switzerland

We, Farringdon Capital Management Switzerland SA (FCMS) hereby give notice,
pursuant to Sect. 21 para. 1 of the WpHG that on December 9, 2010 our
voting interest in XING AG fell below the threshold of 3% and amounts to
2,53% [133,668 voting rights] on this day. 2.53% of the voting rights
[133,668 voting rights] are attributable to us in accordance with sec. 22
para. 1 sent. 1 no. 6 of the WpHG.

3) Farringdon Capital Management SA (FCML)
Luxembourg, Grand Duchy of Luxembourg

We, Farringdon Capital Management SA (FCML) hereby give notice, pursuant to
Sect. 21 para. 1 of the WpHG that on December 9, 2010 our voting interest
interest in XING AG fell below the threshold of 3% and amounts to 2.53%
[133,668 voting rights] on this day. 2.53% of the voting rights [133,668
voting rights] are attributable to us in accordance with sec. 22 para. 1
sent. 1 no. 6 of the WpHG.
