December 2010 the voting interest of Baillie Gifford Overseas Limited,
Edinburgh, Scotland, United Kingdom, in XING AG fell below the 3 percent
threshold and on this date amounted to 2.93% (this corresponds 154,800
voting rights). All of these 2,93 % (this corresponds to 154,800 voting
rights) are attributed to Baillie Gifford Overseas Limited in accordance
with sec. 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 6 WpHG.
