1. Swiss & Global Asset Management AG, Zurich, Switzerland, has informed us
   on Decem-ber 28, 2010, in accordance with section 21 (1) (1) WpHG (German
   Securities Trading Act) that its share in the voting rights of SÜSS
   MicroTec AG, Garching, Germany, fell below the 3% threshold on December
   21, 2010 and now amounts to 2.83% (Amount of Shares: 530,000). 2.83% of the
   voting rights (530,000 voting rights) are attributed to Swiss & Global
   Asset Management AG in accordance with section 22 para. 1 sentence 1 no. 6
   of the WpHG.

2. Swiss & Global Asset Management Holding AG, Zurich, Switzerland, has
   informed us on December 28, 2010, in accordance with section 21 (1) (1)
   WpHG (German Securities Trading Act) that its share in the voting rights of
   SÜSS MicroTec AG, Garching, Germany, fell below the 3% threshold on
   December 21, 2010 and now amounts to 2.83% (Amount of Shares: 530,000).
   2.83% of the voting rights (530,000 voting rights) are attributed to Swiss
   & Global Asset Management Holding AG in accordance with section 22 para. 1
   sentence 1 no. 6 in conjunction with sentence 2 of the WpHG.

3. GAM Holding AG, Zurich, Switzerland, has informed us on December 28,
   2010, in accordance with section 21 (1) (1) WpHG (German Securities Trading
   Act) that its share in the voting rights of SÜSS MicroTec AG, Garching,
   Germany, fell below the 3% threshold on December 21, 2010 and now amounts
   to 2.83% (Amount of Shares: 530,000). 2.83% of the voting rights (530,000
   voting rights) are attributed to GAM Holding AG in accordance with section
   22 para. 1 sentence 1 no. 6 in conjunction with sentence 2 of the WpHG.
