On January 11, 2011, Galloway Limited, Tortola, British Virgin Islands has
informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares
its Voting Rights on ESTAVIS AG, Berlin, Deutschland, ISIN: DE000A0KFKB3,
WKN: A0KFKB, have fallen below the 5% threshold of the Voting Rights on
December 22, 2009 and on that day amounted to 3.37% (this corresponds to
272723 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 2 of the WpHG, 0.52% of
the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 41723 Voting Rights) is to be

April 26, 2010 and on that day amounted to 2.86% (this corresponds to

the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 41723 Voting Rights) is to be
