On January 12, 2011, Rainer Schorr Beteiligungsgesellschaft mbH, Berlin,
Deutschland has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG
that via shares its Voting Rights on ESTAVIS AG, Berlin, Deutschland, ISIN:
DE000A0KFKB3, WKN: A0KFKB, have fallen below the 3% threshold of the Voting
Rights on November 24, 2010 and on that day amounted to 0.99% (this
corresponds to 94252 Voting Rights).

On January 12, 2011, Rainer Schorr, Germany has informed us according to
Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its Voting Rights on
ESTAVIS AG, Berlin, Deutschland, ISIN: DE000A0KFKB3, WKN: A0KFKB, have
fallen below the 3% threshold of the Voting Rights on November 24, 2010 and
on that day amounted to 0.99% (this corresponds to 94252 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, 0.99% of
the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 94252 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to Rainer Schorr from Rainer Schorr Beteiligungsgesellschaft
mbH.
