On 20 January 2011 Deutsche Bank AG London, London, United Kingdom, has
informed us according to §§ 21 (1), 24 WpHG in conjunction with section 32
(2) InvG that the percentage of voting rights of there subsidiary DWS
Investment GmbH, Frankfurt, Germany, crossed above the 3 % threshold on 18
January 2011 and amounts to 4.07 % of the voting rights (i.e. 1,829,698
shares with voting rights) in Aurubis AG.
