The Executive Board of ELMOS Semiconductor AG announces according to
section 26 WpHG:

FMR LLC, Boston, MA, USA sent us on January 31, 2011 according to section
21 (1) WpHG the following notification of voting rights:

On 25 January 2011 the voting rights held by FMR LLC fell below the
threshold of 3% of the voting rights in ELMOS Semiconductor AG,
Heinrich-Hertz Strasse 1, 44227 Dortmund, Germany. On that date, FMR LLC
held 2.96% of the voting rights in ELMOS Semiconductor AG, arising from
575,000 voting rights.

All voting rights in ELMOS Semiconductor AG were attributed to FMR LLC
pursuant to section 22 (1) sent. 1 no. 6 in connection with sent. 2 WpHG.
