according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its Voting
Rights on Deutsche Börse AG, Frankfurt am Main, Deutschland, ISIN:
DE0005810055, WKN: 581005, have exceeded the 5% threshold of the Voting
Rights on February 02, 2011 and on that day amounted to 5.02% (this
corresponds to 9785949 Voting Rights).
