On February 15, 2011 Morgan Stanley, Wilmington, Delaware, USA informed us
as follows:

1. Morgan Stanley Investment Management Limited, London, United Kingdom on 09
   February 2011, has fallen below the threshold 3% of the voting rights of
   alstria office REIT-AG, Hamburg, Germany, and on that day holds 2.99% of
   the voting rights (= 1,843,564 shares, each carrying one voting right)
   whereby these voting rights have to be attributed pursuant to Section 22
   para 1 sent. 1 No. 6 German Securities Trading Act; and

2. each of the following holding entities of Morgan Stanley Investment
   Management Limited;

(i) Morgan Stanley, New York, USA;
(ii) Morgan Stanley International Holdings Inc, New York, USA;
(iii) Morgan Stanley International Limited, London United Kingdom;
(iv) Morgan Stanley Group (Europe), London, United Kingdom;
(v) Morgan Stanley Investments (UK), London, United Kingdom;

on 09 February 2011, has also fallen below the threshold 3% of the voting
rights of alstria office REIT-AG, Hamburg, Germany.

Each of the holding entities mentioned under (i) to (v) on that day
(09.02.2011) holds 2.99% of the voting rights (= 1,843,564 shares, each
carrying one voting right) alstria office REIT-AG, Hamburg, Germany,
whereby the aforementioned voting rights have to be attributed to each of
the entities mentioned above under (i) to (v) pursuant to Section 22 para.
1 sent. 1 No. 6 sent. 2 German Securities Trading Act (WpHG).
