On February 18, 2011, Mr Matthias Ruhland, United Kingdom has informed us
according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares his Voting
Rights on Amadeus FiRe AG, Frankfurt, Deutschland, ISIN: DE0005093108, WKN:
509310, have exceeded the 3% threshold of the Voting Rights on February 15,
2011 and on that day amounted to 4.79% (this corresponds to 249000 Voting
Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 in connection with
sentence 2 of the WpHG, 2.31% of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to
120000 Voting Rights) is to be attributed to Mr Ruhland.
